Elimination diet

I started an elimination diet, after much research.  I get pretty painful migraines and believe they stem from a food intolerance.  I've always noticed that I get migraines when I'm busy, but not always if I'm stressed or tired...  The only other connection is that when I'm busy, I eat poorly!   So for two weeks I'm not eating dairy, grains, citrus, can sugar, alcohol, and caffeine.  After two weeks, I will introduce them back into my diet one at a time.  

I'm on day 4 now.  After two days I noticed having more energy.  I feel like I have more energy each day.  Today I've noticed that my mood is much better, I'm not grumpy towards my kids or snap t my husband.  It's great!  Also, I'm losing weight easily!  I am excited to see what the results of my little experiment are!
